Access to IM Services systems are protected. In order to gain access, you must validate your identity by providing a User ID and Password (previously issued to you).
If you have not been provided with these details, you may register your access request. Note: Access requests will require approval from a suitable authoriser.
If you have forgotten your User ID, you can recover it via the Forgotten User ID function. Your User ID will be emailed to your registered email address.
If you have forgotten your Password, you can potentially recover it via the Forgotten Password function which will require you to identify yourself via other means. Alternatively, you should contact the appropriate Service Desk for further advice and assistance.
